Terms and Conditions

Competition closed. One winner will be chosen at random and they must hold a UK postal address. Delivery of the item(s) will be within 7 working days. Wellis will not accept responsibility if the item(s) cannot be delivered due to insufficient access or wrong postal address given. The prize value is £150. Prize is non-refundable or transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is available.  Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.  Entries that are incomplete or answered incorrectly will not be accepted. Entry excludes employees of Wellis, Wellis Sussex and members of their families, their agents, and anyone directly involved with this promotion. No purchase necessary. One entry per household. No bulk or third-party entries. 

The winner(s) will be contacted by a Wellis Sussex representative. Winner(s) consent to their details being supplied to Wellis Sussex for fulfilment purposes. For competitions that appear on the Wellis Blog, Facebook, Wellis Sussex website and Wellis Sussex social media channels, the winner(s) will be drawn from all correct entries received on the Wellis Blog from any entry routes. Wellis do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

In accordance with the GDPR, Wellis Sussex will never share entrant data to any third party without direct permission. With the exception of competition winners (for the sake of fulfilment), all personal data from competition entrants that don't explicitly consent to their data being shared will be deleted upon the completion of the competition. If a competition entrant decides they would like their information deleted before the closure of a competition they have entered, they can send their request to info@wellissussex.co.uk
